I did my first run in several weeks down at Stowe woods. The woods has a nice path cut through it so running was fairly easy going. Ruth, Layla and I started at the bottom and walked up the road, and I do mean up, which warmed us up.

This was an outstanding game! It took place before the England V Scotland game and was well worth watching. Wales, of course prevailing. Did anyone have any doubt? I did! After watching England beat France during the last set of matches, it makes me wonder.

Watching the Rugby and am very disappointed with England’s performance. Bryan’s here and he says: a lot of silly mistakes. England does look silly making the mistakes but there’s still some hope. Fifty minutes in the score is 15-6 in favor of Scotland.
