I took it upon myself to start another batch last Saturday. It’s suppose to be a Tim Taylor clone but I don’t know. It’s awful red. Yes, red. Smells nice though. I’ll have to admit that I didn’t actually measure things to accurately and the BOIL was more of a, ‘its really hot,’ and I used yeast salvaged from the last batch — very surprised that that worked — but I’ve got another batch on.
